Sydney: Town Hall Square 1

I took the opportunity of yesterday’s “intrepid reporting” to record a few impressions of this still very attractive part of the city.

Town Hall steps with the Queen Victoria Building in the background. I can remember when the QVB was derelict, and threatened by developers. Thanks to trade unions and concerned citizens, it was saved, and with Singapore money restored. It is 110 years old this year.
